Once you've uncovered the entire map, you will know where the boss is, and you will know what shop/healer/captain options you have available. You should always fight the enemies who will let you explore more of the map first. HP+ and Health Potion are very useful to keep yourself alive, as is Potion Chance. After that you'll want to focus on the 2 top rows of feats. You'll get all of them eventually, but you will want to get at least the 3 feats of the class you are currently using. (This includes comparing it to Tier3 cards you may decide to take in the future) If it can not, make a judgement about whether you are likely to be forced to delete this card later when using rule1, if the answer is yes, do not take it. If a card can draw you a card, it will generally be fine to add. Be very sparing about adding cards to your deck. (Generally, that will be you basic attack cards first but you will have to delete better cards after that.) Repeat untill the cards in your deck which do not draw another card are equal to your Handsize-1.Ģ. You can keep any card that draws you a card, but other than that almost always take the oppertunity to delete the relatively worst card in your deck. For example, s a Barbarian/rogue, "The Harbringer does not fear the Blade" is particularly brutal, as it means he will have resistance to physical damage.Īdvice is difficult to give without knowing what you're doing suboptimally. The Alters you find along the way will tell you of his traits. You might just be getting unlucky with his combination of traits. The power of the Harbringer is randomized somewhat between what deck type he will use and what special abilities he might have.
